Speaking of Family, here is a Summer Greek Pasta Salad that my family loves! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 14.5oz package of Angel Hair Pasta
- 1 jar Mezzetta Roasted Bell Peppers
- 1 jar Mezzetta Deli-Sliced Mild Pepper Rings
- 1 jar Greek Dressing
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 1 4oz package of Feta cheese
- 1 jar of pitted Kalamata olives
Instructions:
- Boil pasta for 10 minutes, drain and put into large bowl.
- Add Mezzetta Roasted Bell Peppers, Mezetta Deli-Sliced Mild Pepper Rings, red onion, Feta cheese and Kalamata olives.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of Greek dressing.
- Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Serve!
